Hi welcome to health care magic forum.
As you describe it is due to the urinary tract infection, or the stone in the ureter.
I advise you to consult a urologist for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have an ultrasound for confirmation of the diagnosis.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms cifixime, mefenamic acid, dicyclomine hydrochloride, and alkaline citrate.
If nothing is found you may need to have a culture and sensitivity of the urine.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery.Thank you.
