What Causes Pain In Vagina When Sitting?

I am a 31 yo female, I have pain while sitting in my vaginal/groin area. I ve noticed my mons pubis is lumpy in some areas and I can feel a lump inside the groin. I ve also had some GI issues around excessive gas/boating after eating. I ve tried gasex, pro/pre biotics, and mag/ca/Vit D supplements. Had gastritis about 2007 and digestion hasn t been the same. I also have off/on back pain, left hip/leg pain that I manage with swimming

I think you may be suffering from vaginal and rectal varicose veins. If you attach a photo in reports you can help me better through diagnosis.

They are favorised by constipation and straining. They are mainly found in people with varicose veins and have the same origin as varicose veins.

They have inheritance factor, favorised by pregnancy, log staying periods and long sitting periods.
