Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist 's  Response
Hello,

As post Rotator cuff reconstruction, it is advised to undergo shoulder rehabilitation as that will help to correct the movement patterns and also improve the shoulder stability by which the stress and strain occurring on the repaired tendon will be avoided.

Also, for now, you can do hot water fermentation and post the pain level dropping in between 5-6 in the VAS pain scale of 0-10 exercise should begin.

It should be guided under a competitive physiotherapist who can help you with shoulder rehabilitation.

Focus even on the sports injury shoulder rehabilitation which will give more outcome score than a normal one.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
