What Causes Pain In The Neck And Back?

Yes and thank you. I have been experiencing some uncomfortable neck pain on the sides of my neck and back of my neck. I don t have any swelling but i did just have a physical and the doctor told me my thyroid felt bumpy. I took the normal thyroid test and it came back normal. I was thinking of having the other more detailed thyroid test done.
