What Causes Pain In The Lower Left Abdominal?

yeah I have a pain in my lower left abdominal and I was wondering what it could be I feel weak all the time my veins start aching for no reason,I constantly feel tired and I don't know what to do. whenever the pain starts in my lower left abdominal I start getting dizzy

This is insufficient of the history. You should have provided more .

Well, if one gets dizzy with the pain in the left side of the abdomen, this can be due to severe colitis.
Get a clinical / physical examination bu a Doctor and ultrasonography to rule out any other internal problem.
A proper diagnosis alone can lead to a proper treatment .
