What Causes Pain In The Joints And Muscles With Chronic Fatigue?

I am experiencing joint pain, muscle pain and weakness accompanied by fatigue. I have tried b12 vitamins and recently received a b vitamin shot. I have been tested for testosterone imbalance and had several blood tests done with all the results normal. This is affecting my every day life because I do not have the energy to do anything. If I do make it out, any small task makes me so tired I need to go home and relax. I want to know if it sounds like rheumatoid arthritis or adrenal fatigue. Thank you. Angel -

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, such pain could be due to fibromyalgia and may not be due to any disease it is okay if you are taking some vitamins but important is to come out of the stress condition and stay away from functional condition, hope this helps, and have a nice day.
