Hi,I am Dr. Gopal Goel (Orthopaedic Surgeon). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I started getting a stabbing pain in my back this morning...on the left side or upper back....now it has started moving around towards my side..its painful when im sitting straight up but not as bad when im crouched over ....i feel exhausted and the pain is quite stabbing? Any ideas?
I have gone through your query and I understand your concerns.
I think that your symptoms might be caused from a lumbalgia caused by a common cold. Acetominophen is necessary in these cases. You should also drink a lot of fluids and get a lot of vitamins.
However a lumbar X-ray is necessary in order to check your health condition.
All the best. Dr. Behar.
