What Causes Pain In The Back And Neck?

Hello sir, I have back pain and my and my left knee having pain..some times i feel stiff ness..and my kamar is becomes thinner from last 8 months...i am 33 yr old..some times neck pain...what should i do..in my x ray doctor say ..nothing is there..but i have vitamin D deficiency..is it arthrites..plz help me.i am tensed. Thanks for asking.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. Vit D deficiency can present with bony pains at multiple location.
2. Improve your diet with fish oil, egg yolk, vit D fortified food and Vit D supplements. Get adequate sun exposure.
3. Once Vit D levels are improved, pains should disappear. In the meantime, do back and neck exercises to strengthen muscles. X-ray has showed no arthirits, so not to worry. Its all bony pain. Once Vit D gets corrected, all pains will disappear.
