Hi,Dear,Thanks for your query to HCM virtual Clinic.
I studied your query in all the details put forth by you.
I understood your health concerns.
Cause of the health problems you queried-
Dull testicular pain for 2 mths, which lately remains for long hours, with right knee pain and with pain in lower abdomen,in your case seems to be due to Inguino-scrotal herniation with obstruction.

First 2 mths testicular pain seems to be due to the Inguino-scrotal Indirect hernia on right side compressing on the testes and compromising its blood supply with venous engorgement.

Lately The pain to right knee is due to the nerve in inguinal canal being compressed with the obstructing chronic herniation.

The pain in the lower abdomen at specific point is at the Internal Inguinal point on right side, where the Inguinoscrotal Indirect Hernia, got obstructed lately.

There other causes related with testes and knee joint, which needs to be ruled out by USG Of the Inguinoscrotal area with X-ray of the Right Knee.

AS I don't have any more information,I would suggest you to consult ER Surgeon ,who would treat your testicular pain with lower abdonminal pain.

Remedy-
I would advise you to consult ER Surgeon urgently because you seem to have Indirect hernia with obstruction lately and which needs immediate investigation and treatment accordingly and who would differentiate from other possible causes for such a testicular pain in that area.
As I don't have any direct photo of the lump / or not many details from you, I would advise you to consult surgeon.

Hope this would resolve your query with full satisfaction.
