What Causes Pain In Testicle And Lower Abdomen?

Hi I am 24 yrs old and i have mild pain in my right testicle from past two days, whenever my right testicle is touched or squeezed i feel the pain and i have a pain in my lower abdomen to my right, also i feel abstraction whie urinating, could some one please tell me what is going on with me.

Thanks for query.
Based on the facts that you have stated I would say that you have infection of the either Epididymis or Testicle (Epididymo Orchitis).

Please consult qualified Urologist or General surgeon for clinical examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.

1) Urine Routine and Urine culture
2) Ultrasound Scanning of Scrotum.

In the mean while start taking broad spectrum antibiotics like Ciprofloxacin along with urinary antiseptic like Nitrofurantoin twice daily and urine alkaliser thrice daily.Later on switch on to appropriate antibiotics as per culture report.

Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.

Ensure to drink more water.To keep your urine dilute This will help to control dysuria.

Epididymitis takes long time to get cured hence you will have to take medications for 4 weeks.
