What Causes Pain In Shoulder With Tenderness On Belly After Abortion?

I had an abortion dec 31st . For the last 2 days I've been having pain for example (when I laugh) on the back part of my right shoulder all the way down to my waist as if I'm running out of air . It becomes very painful that I'm trying not to laugh at all. I also have tenderness in my belly . It's so sensitive that if I push my belly down with my hand it feels extremely tender . It feels tender without me touching it as well . Is this a sign of infection ? Should I be concerned and go to the doctor ? What can it be ?

Thank you .

Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Pain in the lower abdomen can be likely due to post abortal infection, however pain in the back and shoulders are unlikely to be related to it.
I would suggest you to consult your doctor to get properly examined, investigated including ultrasound and get appropriate treatment.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
