What Causes Pain In Ribcage, Back And Shoulder After Withdrawal Of Alcohol?

I am having severe pain in/under my ribcage, back and shoulder area on my right side...I have been drinking somewhat heavily since February, but have not had any alcohol in four days...the pain didn t start until after I stopped drinking and has gotten worse daily... I can t eat without vomiting now and every breath I take is extremely painful... I had my gallbladder out in 2007, and not sure what this could be, but I can barely even move or walk now
