What Causes Pain In Rib Cage, Belching And Chest Pain?

My sister has had some problems for a year now and her doctor isn t doing anything and not taking her seriously. She has many issues so she doesn t know if they are related or not. She has pain under her right ribcage, excessive belching, she is spitting up so much during the day she carries a cup around, at night she spits up an excessive amount of phlegm and at time she has sharp chest pain when she breathes deep. She is in tears and very frustrated.

Pulmonologist 's  Response
I completely understood ur query
thanks for asking your question
there is a significant infection off lungs .which is causeing excessive production of phlegm.and the chest pain on deep inspiration can be caused by pleural effusion.all of the things can be ruled out by a simple chest xray.
u need to consult a pulmonologist and take proper guidance as soon as possible

u can ask more questions freely again
