I have had knee pain when i run and sometimes dance it will come and go ex: i was walking around disney for 4 days and i had severe knee pain and my knee is always popping. But today the day after my dance practice im having pain in the back of both my knee and thigh. Is there something i should do i have put ice on it but thats it so far. Im 16 and mom doesnt take me to the doctor if i have knee pain because she doesnt belive me sometimes because i complain about it a lot.
