What Causes Pain In Lower Left Rib Cage While Breathing?

i have uncomfortable pain( stabbing) in lower left rib cage and gets worse when lay on back and left side, also is more noticable with deeper breaths and burning pain straight down through top of left shoulder and neck that comes and goes for couple days now, could I have pulled a muscle that is causing this pain ??????

Hello,

It could be a muscular pain like costochondritis.

As of now you can use analgesics/anti-inflammatory combination like aceclofenac/serratiopeptidase for symptomatic relief.

If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
