What Causes Pain In Lower Back With Delayed Periods?

Hello, My period was delayed this month by approximately 15 days if I include today. I have been having regular lower back pain but I am not sure if it is related to the occurrences below. Yesterday, odourless blood started to appear. Today, the amount of odourless blood increased and I began having cramps accompanied by the lower back pain. Can the blood during menses be odourless? Is this considered as spotting?

Hello..Look you should understand few things,There can be a certain degree of pain during menses in abdomen as well as radiating to back but it is not constant,if you are having constant pain than we should think of other causes. As far as odourless blood is considered, it is a normal physiologic hing and you should not worry. If it is associated with a foul smelling discharge than it suggests infection. In your case i dont find anything unusual. Please take low salt diet before start of menses and Can take Tab Drotikind M if unbearable abdominal pain. If however problem persist and you are not satisfied please go for a Trans abdominal ultrasound to look for bulky uterus and other pelvic pathology.
