What Causes Pain In Lower Abdomen?

I'm a 34-year-old female & I've had pain in my lower abdomen for the past 3-4 days. It feels like pressure or cramping. I'm passing urine normally - no urgency. I'm also having normal bowel movements. I haven't had sex for a month and went off my BCP - could this be causing it?

HI.
No sex or off the BCP may not be the reason for your pain in abdomen.
Get ultrasonography done to see if there is a problem such as ovarian cyst, salpingitis or Pelvic Inflammatory Disease. This will give an idea and consult your Gynecologist accordingly.
