Hi,

If I will be assigned to treat you, I will suggest multiple things actually:
a] Electrolyte levels can be needed [in hypothyroid may effect these] can cause pain, myalgia
b] Immediately after, hysterctomy is common, but on second day or after it may be complication [may need ultrasonography to rule out DVT]

Very rarely complication of valproic, your doctor may shift if above findings are not suggestive of relief of pain. This is generalized thing, in your case, I will suggest you join some simple sukshm yoga, breathing exercise [art of living online course]. These are helpful in physical and psychological recovery [in one research shows when combined with treatment it totally eradicate pain disorders in different parts of patients and is very helpful to provide quality of sleep.

If there is obesity, it should be decreased by diet, to prevent uric acid rise never drink alcohol, not even beer. Vitamin C is good [unless RFT is normal], maintaining high level of hydration [8 glasses / day], low cholesterol and low fat diet, and avoid table sugar fasting is also avoided. These are helpul to limit uric acid levels to rise [prevent gout or other complication]. Take all other medications as prescribed by physician [listen light good music few minutes, talk daily with good friends and family, do yoga, breathing exercises, live happily].

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sunny Madar, General & Family Physician
