Tired and painful legs when walking upstairs or any incline. Work out four to five days per week and no problems until/i leave the gym and walk the fifteen steps. Had heart surgery two years ago for valve replacement, would this be cause as i also experience mild heart discomfort. Tank you.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I think you should get your heart rechecked by cardiologist as you have been experiencing mild heart discomfort while walking upstairs or any incline.

So, better check with your cardiologist.
You can take magnesium supplement for the leg pain, and paracetamol only.

All the best.
