Pain in eye associated with hay fever and blocked nose possibly could be due to sinusitis. There are many sinuses which surround eye hence any inflammation/infection in sinuses can cause referred pain in eye.

Rarely there could be spreading of infection from sinuses to orbital space in which case there will be associated fever, pain, swelling, proping out of eye rarely loss of vision.

In case of persisting fever with severe pain you might need appropriate ENT and ophthalmologist management with antibiotic coverage.

Regards.
