What Causes Pain In Heels And Knees While Having Nova T?

Hi, I have just inserted Nova t and started to have very bad pain in my heels and knees. I also continue gaining some weight and feel exhausted all the time. I am breastfeeding and do not remember having similar symptoms earlier. Could it be the side effects from IUD? I have family history of blood cancers. I that safe for me to have copper IUD? Elena G
