General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It could be a simple upper respiratory tract infections. As a first line management you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief. Steam inhalation will be useful to open up blocked sinuses. If symptoms persist better to consult an ENT specialist and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
