I have this pain in my Medial Epicondyle and Olecranon muscles in my arm but did not have any trama or old injury to the area. if i close my fist i can not fully extend my arm. I can not lift things that are a few pounds with out pain... I also am having pain in my knees i think in the Vastus Medialis muscles on both legs...I do have a old injury to the Calcansofibular Ligament on my ankle that has torn and caused a benine cyst but has never caused any problems and i did have it repaired several times but never worked. This may be the reason for knee pain or not.....Im 38 yo white male that smokes about 1 pack a day and have done construction most of my life any ideas what the arm pain is or why?
