I have a squishy spot on my back next to my spine causing pain very near where I had an epidural years ago. What is causing the pain? I am a 21 year old female. Cancer runs in my family. My father died a few years ago from cancer at 45 and it started with a similar spot on his shoulder. The spot I have used to not hurt. The severe pain I am feeling has just started today and the spot has doubled to tripled in size in the past month.
