Well come to HCM Thank for asking Really appreciate your concern, if this is the abdomen pain still going on even after removing the appendix then it may not be due to appendix, look abdomen cavity contains many organs, like kidney, liver (These are the vital organs) spleen, big and small intestine, biliary system, stomach and other, any pathology related to these organs may cause the pain, and the most common is colic, it could be intestinal, biliary, or renal, it is not just one reasons are there but may several reason reasons could be responsible, some time it could be nonspecific without any illness (Functional elements) in my opinion CT abdomen would be best, hope this information helps.
