What Causes Pain During Urination?

Question... I serene to have a lot of symptoms that are similar to those described when discussing endometriosis. Pain during urination, difficulties with my bowels, cramping in mu abdomen... pain during and after intercourse. But I have amenorria. Does that mean this doesn't fit? Not that I am convinced that's what's going on with me, nut was wondering if it was possible.
