Hello ma'am and welcome.

What was made of the ileal swelling? Have you experienced symptoms of erratic episodes of diarrhea without the onset of a fever? Sensitivitg to certain foods after which an episode of diarrhea or constipation follows? Please discuss things in detail with your doctor as we need to work with what has been found so far and either confirm or rule it out to be the cause for your symptoms.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
