Hi,

Pain during erection is known as PRIAPISM, and it is of two types ischemic and Non-ischemic. Irritation under the foreskin is a common feature of candidal balanoposthitis. If possible please send us the photograph for confirmation of diagnosis and treatment.

Hope it helps. If you have any other question please do not hesitate to contact us.

Regards,
Dr. Atishay Bukharia
