General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

The symptoms does not seem to be related to the bypass surgery.
They are more related to a muscle issue.
The most common cause of shoulder blade pain is a muscle strain.
I suggest using a muscle relaxant such as Baclofen three times a day.
I also suggest using magnesium supplement and warm compresses for local application.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
