What Causes Pain Between Shoulder And Arm When Diagnosed With Kidney Stones?

Hello,My brother is suffering pain between his shoulders and arms. In the start he suffered pain in the stomach, then some pain in the chest and now between shoulder and arms. We admitted him for 2 days in the hospital where the doctor just gave him a pain killer again and again and bottle of saline. They also tested Dengu, Malaria etc and all reports were negative.I brought him home and consulted another doctor. The doctor said to get sonography report.The report stated that there is tiny non obstructing left renal calculus in left kidney of size 2-3 mm.So I started giving him some home treatments from last 2 days. The doctor saw the report for the first time and said it s kidney stone and gave medicine. But still his hands are in severe pain. I went to the doctor again and he said that there may be symptoms of Tuberculosis. They have taken blood samples of him now. My brother is not coughing at all. Can you please tell me what is the issue he is facing. It has been more than a week that he is suffering the pain.

nothing is clear from your question, please be a bit more articulate in your question , as I can understand from your question your brother is having pain in hands,and mid back between shoulder blades.is it right.
He also has been incidentally diagnosed with a small non obstructing renal calculus in the left kidney but has no symptoms.
it is advisable to get an Xray chest and Cervical spine done to rule out the suspicion of Tuberculosis, in case there is TBof the SPINE it will show also in case there is pulmonary TB it will also show, it would have helped if you would have shared any Blood investigations that have been done
