General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
History of operation on torsion testis noted.
The pain in the neck and abdomen since surgery can be due to spasm of the muscles. This increases during movement and coughing indicate that the muscles are very sore.
This happens if you were given General Anesthesia and while you are brought out of anesthesia, the body muscles can go into spasm.
Ask you Doctor to give you muscle relaxant along with good anti-inflammatory Medicines which painkiller properties .
