Hallow Dear,
I have gone through your history.
You have not mentioned where is the pain. However, I presume that the pain is in the abdomen.
During intercourse, the hard penis mushes against the tissues at the back of the vagina. After
laparoscopic surgery if your
uterus has fallen back and got congested, it might have become tender. The pressure of penis on such tender uterus will give pain in the lower abdomen during intercourse.
Ovaries also sometimes fall back in the space behind the vagina and give rise to such pain.
However, foul smelling discharge indicates that there is infection. This infection may be in the uterus giving rise to pain and discharge.
If the pain is at the opening of vagina, it is likely that you have got infection of the glands situated in the
labia majora (Bartholinitis). There could be Bartholin's
abscess which gets disturbed during intercourse giving pain and foul smelling discharge. Usually it is formed by
STD like
Gonorrhoea.
Please report to your Gynaecologist. He/she will figure out exactly where the infection is located and will treat you accordingly. For
uterine infection,. you will need antibiotics with anti-inflammatory medicines. Bartholin's abscess will have to be incised and drained and relevant antibiotics will have to be taken.
I hope you have got proper guidance.
