I have been having aching but also feels like numbness in feet and lower legs shoes feel like they are suctioned to my feet I walk on concrete all day but wear good shoes I had a stress fracture years ago in one foot dr did bloodwork nothing stood out

You have to investigate with serum random blood sugar estimation and vitamin B12 testing for primary work up to rule out neuropathy. A detailed neurological examination also needed. If no cause evident than serum TSH estimation done and NCV testing done.
I suggest you consult a physician for examination.
