Thanks for contacting with your health concern.

1. If such a case comes to me I usually exclude the initial commonest causes of feet numbness,
- injury to the foot.
- nerve damage [neuropathy]
- poor circulation to the feet [diabetes and peripheral vascular disease]

PS. As taking vitamins has not done any good till date consult with
i. medical specialist [for blood sugar] since it is a rule that in all peripheral neuropathies, rule out diabetes and
ii. Orthopedic surgeon for [X-ray LS- spine for sciatica, disc prolapse [lumbar degenerative disc disease], TB spine, osteoporosis].

2. If high blood sugar comes out then control with plain insulin
3. as you are veggie, check with vitamin B12 level, since in vegetarian it may be below normal [as it is an animal protein] and underlying cause of numbness.

4. Other causes which can be excluded simultaneously are:

. Leprosy, tarsal tunnel syndrome, charcot-marie-tooth disorder, multiple sclerosis

PS. make an appointment with your doctor, since numbness is progressing and lack of sensation in the foot can increase your risk for foot wounds, trips, and falls and your wound may not heal properly if decreased circulation is the problem, so make sure to
- wash the feet daily, dry them, inspect them & then sprinkle a lot of talcum powder.
- avoid walking barefoot, even at home.
- wear soft cotton socks and canvas shoes, avoid tight fitting shoes and chappals.
- cut nails carefully and always after a bath, when they are soft.

PS. one can try injection calcium with Vitamin C 10 cc I/V slow for 5 days daily.
