Hi I got 2 time chest pain left side with my left arm pain numbness and lots of pressure in my heart and dr did ekg cardio Eco stress test everything coming normal but still I hv chest pain with left arm pain and lots of weakness that no energy in my body can u tell me what can I do

Your pain pressure in your left chest and radiation to left arm pain and numbness with ECG normal and stress test normal, very low percentage may not rule out Myocardia Infarction. The stress test is accurate 80% to 90% for MI except for the error result from the technician. In my practice, I would send cardiac biomarker such have been used to evaluate patients with suspected acute myocardial infarction (MI0, acute coronary syndrome (ACS)... such as troponin, Creatinine Kinase (CK), myoglobin... To confirm the diagnosis.

How old are you? do you have any chronic disease like high blood pressure and Diabetes? How long do your pain last? Any pain with exertion? Shortness of breath? Do you have another history like trauma, working hard like lifting up a heavy thing or heavy work..?

There are many differential diagnoses of your symptoms.

Your symptom is caused concern me of MI or ACS or angina. I would like to recommend you to observe more with your doctor about it until you can fine the cause.
