Hello,

I think the brown discharge comes from a vaginal infection and you should do a colonoscopy to get checked and also a vaginal smear.
The dryness comes from atrophy of mucosal lining due to hormone changes like menopause.
You can use water based lubricants and also Hyaluronic Acid lubricants to help mucus regeneration.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
