I just went to the bathroom and when u wiped vaginally I noticed the toilet paper was orange I am wearing a tampon because I have had a bit of a discharge but I am not bleeding.. it did burn a little when I peed but not all the time. The discharge on the tampon is a greenish color and there is a slight oder but I have not had sex in 3 months.. I did have carrots in a pot pie yesterday for lunch I eat large amounts of ice but rarely have anything as a drink except the water from the melted ice as I eat it. The discharge has been happening about a month and half and today is the first time I noticed the orange on the paper. Could this be an STD, BV, or a serious urinary tract infection.. this is the first time I have ever had anything like this hapoen in my 43 yrs. Except for normal vaginal discharge and yeast infection that I had about 3 months ago after I had sex. I used vagisil and thought it went away although through the past three months I have had a little minor irritation some times worse than others. Im worried I could have contracted an STD and not know the symptoms or is it something minor I do not need to worry about and can use over the counter remedies to make it go away. I just need to know what I can try to get rid of the issue. I do not have insurance and have enough Dr bills already .I don't feel ill at all no crams or nausea that usually goes with urinary tract infection, I have been feeling very run down and tired lately and head aches more often than ever before, but I think that is from the mold in my house I also found a fungi growing in my main bathroom it was pinkish orange and shaped like a cresantt roll about as wide as and full as one too. When my friend kicked it off the wall it looked like dirt on the inside slot like when you kick a mushroom. But it was growing on the wall in my bathroom my house is old and I have been doing a lot of work and recently discovered a bad mold problem could you his have anything to do with my head aches and fatigue. Sorry for all the questions I just need answeres please.
