Hello,

Oily or greasy stool is commonly due to indigestion, IBS, malabsorption, lactase deficiency, celiac disease, food allergy, food poisoning, etc. Burning sensation when you pee is due to UTI, urinary tract infection. It can also be due to inflammation of the urinary bladder, urinary tract, ureters, kidneys, kidney stones, urethritis, etc. You are suggested take care of your hygiene, stop using public toilets and washrooms. Stay well hydrated. Take ORS, plain water, etc., to maintain body electrolyte system. You can take anti diarrheal(loperamide) to stop oily, watery stool. Take antacids or PPIs for relieve.

Get Urinalysis (R/E and C/S) done to detect UTI, E.coli, etc. You may need a course of oral antibiotics if report is positive. Do not eat fermented fish, canned or refrigerated products. Avoid eating anything cooked or wrapped in aluminum foils. You are suggested to get clinically examined by a Urologist or a GP, get all required tests and investigations done so that treatment can be started at the earliest.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
