What Causes Occasional Itching On Penis Head?
I am 20 years old and i have occasional(nowdays very few) itching in my penis head region. Also,iv found that litttle white particles(more like smegma but im not sure what it is) are there in my penis under my foreskin ...i wash it in the morning and by the end of the day it s again there?...i wonder if it s due to any infection or is it just smegma?....please help me soon!!!

Hi,
It seems that due to collection of smegma might produce itching on the part.
This is normal secretion and you have to clean daily while taking shower.
If smegma sticks under fore skin of glans and not cleaned regularly there might be having some infection called prosthititis.
Keep local hygiene proper.
