What Causes Obstruction Like Feeling In Throat?

I have been having a feeling like something is in my throat for a month now what could it be I was strangled 10 years ago and my throat moves on the right and that feeling is on my right side what could be going on. I thought it was hair in my throat but its not

Infection of neck lymphnode may cause throat problem.
Difficulty in swallowing and change a voice .

More mucus accumulation may cause throat obstruction.
