What Causes Numbness On Tongue After Eating Lollipop?

i ate a really big sour lollipop but didn t finish it so for about 40 mins i sopped sucking on it and then after that 40 mins i got another one of them and suck on it again but i didn t finish it. now my tongue feels a little bit numb, and on the inside of my top lip feels all wrinkly and a little bit cut.
