What Causes Numbness On The Right Arm?

I have a small area on my right arm just below my shoulder that has been numb for the last two days. I have not lost strength, have no pain, or anything like that, it just feels like I ve been given novacaine in this one small area. Is this something I should be concerned about as a sign of a larger problem or some kind of localized nerve damage. Also, I ve had no neck problems whatsoever that might lead to this.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern and looking to the history given here I could say that if the history of Novocain is there then this could be a possible cause of numbness, and this would come around no need to worry about this, take care and have a nice day.
