What Causes Numbness On The Legs After Spinal Fusion?

I have had my 3rd spinal fusion and feel that my condition has worsened. My feet still have numbness and my legs are so weak and I cannot walk any distance. Walking around home is fine but outside the home I have issues. I have pain in the groin area as well. My first 2 fusions where 22 & 24 years ago and I am now 60. I m afraid I will have permanent paralysis from this surgery. What would you recommend?
