Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern.

As per your query numbness in tongue while smoking weed and taking alcohol in combination with that is a very common symptom. Tongue remain numb for 3-4 days or might be 7-10 days after smoking weed depending on frequency and quantity of smoking weed taken. Once effect of that weed goes away tongue will resume its normal functioning.

I would suggest you to stop smoking weed if not immediately at least start discontinuing it. Drink a lot of water or juices. Exercise daily to get rid of this habit as it will improve your blood circulation

Hope your concern has been resolved.
