Hello Doctor,
My wife has a situation that her tongue, lips and the side of her tongue gets numb intermittenly and her hands also feels numb and turns blue occasionally. What could be the reason and who does she have to go and see to correct this problem

I really appreciate your concern, but this could be nonspecific one because if this is not associated with any other clinical symptoms or predisposing factor, like, diabetes, hypertension, or any neurological disease, just keep this condition under observation, if this does not comes around on its own, then this need to be clinically examine then CT brain, routine blood test would be needed, take care, have a nice day.
