What Causes Numbness In The Toes?

I shoot meth. About a year ago, I started experiencing numbness in my toes. Now, I frequently have pain in my feet, which is very excruciating. My feet also feel like they are on fire, as if I had been walking on hot coals. What should I do about this, besides the obvious, stop using meth?
