What Causes Numbness In The Right Leg While Suffering From CES?

Hi I have cauda equina syndrome. And have been left with numbness in my whole right leg, buttock and groin. And severe pain all of the time. It has been this way for 3 years. Lately the pain in my foot has increased and so have the spasms and moving it causes more pain and my foot locks up and I cannot move it. Also my toes now turn blue and my foot and leg are cold is this normal for ces?
