What Causes Numbness In The Right Arm And Hallucinations?

My mother has today been admitted to hospital. She had right arm numbness overnight and has been hallucinating. Now her right arm is swinging uncontrollably and her right foot is twitching. She had tests this morning and will have tests again tomorrow. She had a benign brain tumor in 1986. Removed. Wondering what may have caused this issue.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
this can be some organic pathology in the brain parenchyma. most probably a tumour and since the patient had similar history in the past, so it is most likely. you should go for MRI/CECT brain to rule out any organic pathology and expert consultation by a neurologist.
