General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The numbness over particular scalp area may be from underlying damage to subcutaneous nerves carrying the sensation over the skin.

I would like to assess the condition clinically in my office with prior appointment.

Thanks.

Take care.
