hi a few years ago i injured both arms from lifting boxes that were too heavy for my build. since then i hear clicking in elbow area and sometimes my hands and fingers go numb at night. If a wear hand braces they usually don t go numb. wonder if i should wear other support device as I continue to strengthen my arm muscles
As per your clinical history is concerned your problem is due to brachial plexus injury so you need a physical examination by an orthopedic doctor in your area. He will do a detailed examination of your arm and start with conservative treatment for few weeks and if it does not solve your problem then he will repair it in surgical procedure and it is a minor procedure. So nothing to be worried at all.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Uday Nath Sahoo
